Les Fondues
Minimum of TWO people required for a fondue.
Important information about the fondues
The fondues require the use of a small fuel burner to keep the cheese sauce, oil or chocolate very hot.
You will be shown how to use the fondue set. Please ensure you take utmost care whilst using the fondue set. Take extra care when leaving the table for any reason so as not to knock the table. If you are unsure, please ask.
The law requires us to let you know that the raw meat cooked at the table for the fondue bourguignone should be cooked in the 190°C oil for at least two minutes so that its core reaches 85°C and thus killing all bacteria. However some people like their steak rare and during cooking the core temperature may not reach 85°C. It is therefore at the discretion of each of us to cook the meat to our taste whilst bearing these guidelines in mind.
